Using this site means you accept the Privacy Statement and its terms. Biogenix Inc. and its affiliates are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. The Biogenix website Privacy Policy allows visitors liberal and anonymous entry and browsing, without any disclosure of personal identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified).

Once you choose to provide us with personal identifiable information, Biogenix assures to only use that information to support your business with Biogenix. Biogenix will not share personal identifiable information with any third party unless otherwise indicated and condoned by the client.

Biogenix uses your information only in order to perpetuate Biogenix customer service to our community of professional skin care clients. Biogenix takes special care to protect the privacy needs of children under the age of 13 and encourages parents to be an active participant in their child's online activities and interests. We abide by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements. The Biogenix website is not targeted or intended for children under the age of 18. The Biogenix website that do not target children will not knowingly collect data from them. If we discover personal data from a child through an adult oriented site, we will eliminate that data.

Biogenix will not use or share the personal identifiable information or Biogenix account information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first addressing you and offering you a choice. Local country laws and policies are applied where they differ from those in Canada. How Biogenix Uses Cookies
A cookie is a piece of text asking permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. If you agree, then your browser adds the text in a small file. The purpose of a cookie is to help us analyze web traffic or let us know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow a web application to respond to you as an individual. By gathering and remembering information, the web application can tailor its operation to you.

Biogenix uses traffic log cookies to identify what pages are being used and which ones aren't.
